Guests & The Holy Eucharist
“And this food is called among us the Eucharist, of which no one is allowed to partake but the man who believes that the things which we teach are true, and who has been washed with the washing that is for the remission of sins, and unto regeneration, and who is so living as Christ has enjoined.”
~ Justin Martyr, Apology
Dear Guest,
We are concerned about the spiritual welfare of all who commune at this altar. Therefore, if you are not a member of Holy Trinity and desire to receive the Holy Eucharist, please speak to Pastor Broaddus before the service. Our altar is open to all who confess the reality of Christ’s true body and blood given in, with, and under the forms of bread and wine, all who are members of sister congregations within the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod, and all who are not currently under church discipline.
